Question: In the earlier J-STD-001 Space Addendums, the vision requirements stated it shall be required, but it does not state with what frequency. Is it required every two years?

Section 1.10.1 has been omitted from the J-STD-001 Space Addendum as of Revision G.
Neither the J-STD-001 or J-STD-001 Space Addendum have any visual acuity requirements.
Any requirements to do so would now be an internal directive or request from your customer.
